In-Store Purchases

Hopant accepts in-store payment by Visa, Master, Union Pay, Octopus, Alipay, WeChat Pay, and Cash.

If you have a valid coupon code, please enter it on the cart or checkout page before you place your order. After you add all your favorite items to your cart, enter your coupon code on either the cart or checkout page and click apply to use the coupon code. The coupon discount will be automatically applied to your order if the coupon code is valid and your order is eligible. Once your order is placed, coupons cannot be applied and your order cannot be modified or cancelled, apologies for any inconvenience.

General Coupon Terms & Conditions：

1. Coupon codes are only valid towards online orders
2. Only one coupon code can be used for each order
3. Coupon codes cannot be refunded, exchanged or redeemed for cash
4. If the coupon code has a minimum spending requirement, this amount will be calculated based on the order subtotal (before and excluding any shipping fees)
5. Unused coupon codes that have expired will not be reissued​​
6. Hopant International Co., Ltd.（”Hopant”）reserves the right to vary or terminate the above offers and to amend the terms and conditions thereof from time to time. In case of dispute, the decision of Hopant shall be final.

Hopant Rewards Terms & Conditions

1. Points are valid for 12 months from the date earned.
2. Hopant Rewards Points Redemption, Hopant Rewards First Order Double Points, and/or any Hopant Rewards Bonus Point offers cannot be used in conjunction with referral discounts from our Refer A Friend program.
3. First Order Double Points offer will be applied to your first order automatically unless you manually remove the coupon or replace it with another promotion or coupon code on the shopping cart or checkout page. New customers who accidentally remove this coupon but are eligible for this offer can re-enter coupon code: FIRSTORDER before placing your order.
4. Shop & Earn points ratio of $50 Spent = 1 Point is based on net spending amount after deducting all discounts, coupons, and points redemption, excluding shipping fees.
5. Refer A Friend referral points will be posted to your registered account when your friend successfully completes their first purchase using your referral.
6. Points are not transferable; your ability to earn and use Hopant Reward Points will be suspended after you deactivate your account and any accumulated points will be forfeited immediately.
7. Points earned from online purchases will be credited to your registered account when your order payment has been settled, and you have either picked your order up or your order has been delivered.
8. Points will not be provided for cancelled orders and/or failed payments. For refunded orders, points will be deducted accordingly.
9. Points and other Hopant Rewards are online exclusive and only applicable when you are logged into your registered account, Hopant Rewards are not applicable towards in-store purchases. Points cannot be reimbursed if you placed your order using the guest checkout.
10. Points can be used along with coupon codes unless remarked otherwise.
11. Hopant International Co., Ltd. ( “Hopant” ) reserves the right to vary or terminate the above offers and to amend the terms and conditions thereof from time to time. In case of dispute, the decision of Hopant shall be final.

Any new customer who uses a valid referral url to register for a new membership account at www.hopant.com and makes their first order with a minimum net spending of HK$500 can instantly enjoy a $50 discount.

Automatically earn 50 Points when your friend uses your referral url to register for a new account and successfully makes their first purchase. Reward Points will be posted to your registered account once your friend completes their first purchase by settling their order payment and their order is either picked up or delivered. Existing Members who have successfully made at least one purchase are eligible to participate as a referrer in our Refer A Friend program. Points earned through friend referrals are subject to Hopant Rewards Terms & Conditions. No cap on friend referrals, starting earning today!
