•HK$600 is calculated based on the net order total after deducting any discounts and coupons.
•After payment confirmation, the estimated dispatch time is 2-4 business days (specific delivery dates cannot be selected).
•Delivery service is not applicable to locations inaccessible by vehicle.
•If there is a power outage or elevator failure during delivery such that the building elevator does not operate normally, or if there is no elevator in the building, customers will need to pick their order up on the ground floor.
•When typhoon no. 8 is hoisted or the black rainstorm warning is in effect, delivery service may be delayed, and we will contact the customer to change the delivery date.
•If the customer fails to collect their order within the agreed time period, we reserve the right to charge the customer an additional delivery fee.
•If there is any change in the delivery address, the customer is responsible for notifying our customer service immediately (additional charges may occur if your order has already been dispatched).
•We reserve the right to decline delivery of goods to any customer at our sole discretion absolutely.
•If the customer requests to pick up their order at a loading bay or parking lot which implements a parking fee, the customer shall be responsible for paying the parking fee for the first half hour or one hour (whichever is lower).
